Dehypnosis session

The person lies down and remains in a comfortable position in silence throughout the guidance of OSHO Dehypnosis Guided Meditation and allows to follow the instructions given by the voice of the instructor.This method unites the relaxation of the hypnosis and the alertness of the meditation, allowing to release repressed energies from the unconscious that occur in everyday life of the individual as conditionings, behaviors or habits. The process allows acceptance and transformation of these energies in a new consciousness.
The person, following the voice of the facilitator and listening to the music, relaxes from the constant activity of the mind and experiences the calmness, the aliveness and the innocence he had when he was a playful child.


Dehypnosis is deepening the meditation. It is useful both to a beginner and to an experienced meditator.


The session is recorded and given for daily use. It is used once a day, suggested before sleep time. It can also be used once more during daytime.


When the person falls asleep, the mind falls into unconsciousness and continues to be active – dreaming. With de-hypnosis recording, the mind rests and the body follows.

In this relaxation the body rests so deeply, that a usual sleep cannot offer. After some days of dehypnosis many people have mentioned that they need less hours sleep. Rest is deeper and happens more quickly.


It can also be used during the day, even 15 minutes listening with eyes closed, brings so much freshness that you can continue your day activities as if you just woke up.

Dehypnosis is a meditative process and creates distance and detouchment from the continues active mind.

When it is daily used, it increases calmness, aliveness, caring, clarity, synchronicity and the response in life.

The process is progressive, happens every day but it cannot be seen day by day, same as when a flower grows.


It is suggested to use it for 28 days in the raw and then change to a new session/recording.

Usually the first recording is 30-45 minutes long and then while the sessions are progressing the timing is reduced.


The session can be given to an individual or to a group. Although the process is the same the guidance is different accordingly to the participant(s).
