Osho created this powerful meditative therapy saying: “I have invented many meditations, but perhaps this will be the most essential and fundamental one… it is the first major breakthrough since Vipassana 25 centuries ago.”
First week: laughing for 3 hours for 7 days. This removes all the inhibitions and repression that hinder our spontaneous laughter and natural joy.
Second week: crying for 3 hours for 7 days. This uncovers the next layer of repression, all the agonies and tears, and provides a great unburdening of pain and suffering.
Third week: the “watcher on the hill” for 3 hours for 7 days. With a thoroughly cleansed heart, just sitting silently in meditation.
“Tears take out all the agony that is hidden inside you and the laughter takes away all that is preventing your ecstasy.” Osho
OSHO no mind & training
It is a 7 day process 2 hours a day, designed by Osho to clean rubbish from the mind.
The first hour: going into gibberish, going consciously crazy, allowing any sounds which come from inside, in any language except a language you know.
The second hour: sitting silently, without doing anything. Remaining in the here and now.
“No-mind means intelligence, mind means gibberish, not intelligence. And when I am asking you for gibberish, I am simply asking you to throw out the mind and all its activity so you remain behind pure, clean, transparent, perceptive.” Osho
The Training is for people who want to deepen their own experience in this process and for people who love the OSHO No Mind process and would like to learn to facilitate it.
Official certificate is given.
OSHO born again
A process created especially by Osho to rediscover the freshness and innocence of childhood without going into psychological issues.
“This great experiment through which we are passing is basically to achieve your lost childhood again. When I say “your lost childhood” I mean your innocence, your eyes full of wonder, knowing nothing, having nothing, but yet feeling yourself at the top of the world. Those golden moments of wonder, joy, no tension, no worry, no anxiety, have to be regained, rediscovered. The sage is nothing but the circle that started in your birth coming full way, complete, back to the same point.” Osho
The OSHO Born Again meditative therapy is 2 hours a day for 7 days. The first hour is for entering into your childhood and doing what you always wanted to do. The second hour is for sitting silently in meditation.
OSHO reminding yourself of the forgotten language of talking to your bodymind
It is a guided one-week process, lasting one hour per day. It can then be continued or refreshed at any time.
In a light trance, combining deep relaxation with alertness, you will explore and befriend your bodymind’s creative and self-healing energies. You will be able to focus these energies on specific issues, such as smoking, eating imbalances, insomnia, aches and pains – anything that needs to be brought to wholeness and balance again.
By bringing awareness to the self-healing process, you will be more relaxed with your body and self-nurturing will start to happen naturally and spontaneously.
“The body has to be loved – you have to be a great friend. It is your home, you have to clean it of all junk, and you have to remember that it is in your service continuously, day in, day out. Even when you are asleep, your body is continuously working for you, digesting, changing your food into blood, taking out the dead cells from the body, bringing new oxygen, fresh oxygen, into the body – and you are fast asleep!
It is doing everything for your survival, for your life, although you are so ungrateful that you have never even thanked your body. On the contrary, your religions have been teaching you to torture it: the body is your enemy and you have to get free from the body, its attachments. I also know that you are more than the body and there is no need to have any attachment. But love is not an attachment, compassion is not an attachment. Love and compassion are absolutely needed for your body and its nourishment. And the better body you have, the more are the possibilities for growing consciousness. It is an organic unity.” Osho
